Article 1 β Definitions
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the supply and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over a period of time.
Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: a contract in which exclusively one or more distance communication techniques are used.

Article 3 β Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If concluded electronically, the text is provided in electronic form.
If specific product or service conditions also apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the consumer may always invoke the provision that is most favourable to them in the event of conflicting conditions.
Article 4 β The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this shall be expressly stated. The offer is without obligation.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
Article 5 β The Agreement
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and the conditions set therein are met.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm receipt. As long as this acceptance has not been confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the contract.
Each agreement is entered into under the condition of sufficient availability of the products concerned.
Article 6 β Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and packaging with care. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they shall return the product with all accessories and β if possible β in its original condition and packaging.
For services, the consumer has the option to cancel the contract without giving reasons within at least 14 days from the date of concluding the contract.
Article 7 β Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they shall only bear the costs of returning the product.
Refund shall take place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal, via the same payment method.
Article 8 β Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The exclusion is only valid if the entrepreneur has made this clear in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion is possible for: products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, products of a personal nature, perishable products, unsealed hygiene products, unsealed audio/video/software carriers.
Article 9 β The Price
During the period of validity of the offer, prices of products shall not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.
All prices include VAT. All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors.
Article 10 β Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and the applicable legal provisions.
Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing to the entrepreneur within 2 months of delivery.
Article 11 β Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur shall execute accepted orders with all due speed but no later than 30 days. If delivery is delayed, the consumer has the right to dissolve the contract free of charge.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery.
Article 12 β Duration Transactions: Duration, Termination and Extension
The consumer may terminate an open-ended contract at any time, subject to a notice period of no more than one month.
A fixed-term contract may not be tacitly extended.
If a contract lasts longer than one year, the consumer may terminate it at any time after the first year with a notice period of no more than one month.
Article 13 β Payment
Amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 7 working days of the start of the cooling-off period.
In case of non-payment, the entrepreneur is entitled to charge the consumer all reasonable costs.
Article 14 β Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within 2 months.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days. If a complaint is found to be justified, the products will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Article 15 β Disputes
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are exclusively governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Article 16 β Additional or Deviating Provisions
Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and should be recorded in writing.
Article 17 β Subscription
1. Offer and acceptance: By ordering the free product, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions and agrees to receive a new bottle of CBD oil at the agreed price after one month.
2. Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless the customer cancels. The customer will be informed by email of the upcoming renewal.
3. Right to cancel: The customer has the right to cancel or pause the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
4. Non-returnable subscription products: Subscription products cannot be returned after dispatch unless the product is defective. Issues must be reported within 14 days.
These terms are in accordance with EU legislation, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
